New test for job interviews: Anyone who makes this mistake will be screened out immediately!
Net - A Reddit user drew attention to a new test for job interviews. This can cause the prospect of a new job to disappear within minutes.

On the anonymous online forum platform Reddit, the user sawta2112 points out the new test procedure. In his statement, an applicant was dismissed from the interview after just five minutes.
However, sawta2112 did not say whether he was the applicant himself, the HR manager or simply an acquaintance who had been told about the incident by the person concerned.
The Reddit user explained that the applicant had brief contact with a receptionist before the actual interview, who explained the way through the building to him. The man then met the HR manager .
However, it turned out that the applicant did not initially meet a receptionist at the company - it was already the head of HR who was checking the potential new employee's behavior towards long-time companions.
Unfriendliness at reception: applicants have no chance!

She was so displeased by the way the applicant interacted with the woman at reception that she only gave him a few moments to make amends during the actual interview.
The stranger did not want to make eye contact with the apparent receptionist, was openly rude to the woman and already acted as if he was above her. At the interview , however, he seemed to have changed: sawta2112 explained that the applicant was now open, friendly and relaxed.
The HR manager approached the man in person and made it clear that every single employee in this company is "valuable and worthy of respect", as the Reddit user wrote.
The HR manager did not believe that the applicant's behavior was so brash due to fear or insecurity. She therefore ended the interview within a very short time and sent the man home.
